Before co-founding the company in 1999, Sue's experience included lecturing Economics and Business Strategy at various universities, management consultancy and senior operational posts within the leisure industry.

Before co-founding Locomotivation in 1999, Sue had run her own successful publishing business, operated as a freelance IT Trainer and Consultant, and worked in various administrative financial control posts in the leisure industry.

Matt joined Locomotivation in 2001, having previously worked in both the Leisure and Hospitality Management industries. His passions are running, football coaching, dog walking, and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah-Jane joined Locomotivation in 2002, having previously worked in the Leisure Management and Customer Service industries. Her passions are film, music, reading, and spending time outdoors walking with her dog.

Beverley joined Locomotivation in 2008. She brings 40 years of managerial experience, including 25 years within the HR & Finance sector. Her passions are interior design, cooking, and walks in the New Forest and on the local beaches with her family.

Lee joined Locomotivation in 2006. He has worked in the MIS and IT fields within the apprenticeship sector for over 30 years. His passions include technology, football, bird photography, and music.
